They know men and boys will be out there and if they are drinking that they may be easier to attract.

They are different because in some areas it may be more violent of include drugs where in other areas it may strictly be about sex. It can be similar because they are all prostitutes looking to do the same thing.

Many resturants and bar because customers can complain about them being uncomfortable with them being around especially if their employees are interacting with the prostitutes.

It has increased, Calls for police service related to prostitution in target area (CAD records) has went from 28, 12 months ago, 56, 6 months ago, and 141 last month, that is a major increase. With Telephone complaints to elected and police officials related to prostitution in target area, 12 months ago it was 4, 6 months ago it was 16, and last month it was 35.
7. Do street prostitution areas have a reputation as being dangerous or safe for clients?
I feel as if it depends on the area. I say that because the one John client spoke about if they couldn't find drugs they'd find a prostitute because they know where they are which is near drug houses so that could possibly be dangerous.

I wouldn't say isolated because there are other things around that probably could be other activities but majority of the time they may want to be isolated so they are not caught but also visible enough to get clients.
