The Problem Analysis Module is really a controlled way of brainstorming. It will work best if you:

• Collect as much information as you can about the problem and have it available to use during your PAM session.
• Use PAM in a group setting, where members of the group discuss answers to PAM’s questions and make group decisions.
• Plan more than one session with PAM to complete the analysis of your problem.
